Delete your Trakty account

You can delete your account in the Trakty app, on this page, or by email.

Sign in with the email and password of your Trakty account. Deleting it can't be undone.

Write to support@trakty.app from the address you signed up with, and we'll delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your account: email, password, sign-in links to Google or Apple, and every sign-in on your phones.
• Your car plates, the phones registered for notifications, and, if you drive, your live location and your place in your taxi company.
• If you signed in with Apple, Trakty's access to your Apple ID is revoked too.
• If you own a taxi company on Trakty, the company is removed too, and its drivers leave the map.

What stays

• Rides you took stay in the taxi company's records, for its bookkeeping, but without the pickup point and no longer tied to you.
• Feedback you sent stays, no longer tied to you.
• Our nightly backups are kept for 14 days, so your data is gone from them within two weeks.
